Blessing Empowerment of 4-armed Avalokiteshvara with commentary to the practice by Gen Kelsang Yangdak

In this empowerment we shall be introduced to the meditation practice of the Buddha of Compassion, Avalokiteshvara. Through receiving the blessings of the Compassion Buddha we can purify our negativities and develop the supreme good heart of a real human being.
What is an Empowerment?
The gateway through which we enter Tantra is receiving an empowerment. An empowerment bestows upon us special blessings that heal our mental continuum and awaken our Buddha nature. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy these special blessings.
