In our small, focused group setting, you'll be guided in the transformative power of Buddhist meditation practices on love & compassion, that have brought peace and clarity to practitioners for thousands of years. Each 75-minute Saturday afternoon session provides a sanctuary from the week's demands and creates space for genuine growth.
- Guided Meditations through various Buddhist meditation techniques focusing on loving-kindness, compassion, and mindful awareness

Class format:
- Brief Introduction: 5 min
- Prayers for meditation: 5min
- Breathing meditation: 10-15 min
- Teaching & Discussion: 25-30 min
- 2nd Meditation related to teaching: 15-20 min

Drop-in for a single class at RM15 (This fee help contributes to our utilities and operational costs. 🙂 )
