2-week meditation course: Letting Go and Overcoming Anger

26 Mar & 2 Apr: 8pm - 9pm

Holding on to our past and unpleasant memories is traumatic and painful for us and anger can take many forms: from mild irritation to rage, but it is always painful and destructive. It makes us do irrational things, lose our self-control and common sense. It causes physical and emotional hurt to both ourself and others, and harms our reputation. Yet we often feel we can't do without it, or perhaps we don't really know how to let it go.

In this 2-week course, learn how to let go of our painful experiences and heal our hearts through Buddha's teachings and guided meditation. We will also be looking at correct methods to overcome our anger, and how to respond more effectively to the difficult situations that life brings.
