Meditation Classes

Each class has two guided meditations, a short talk, prayers, and question and answer session. These are General Programme classes and are suitable for everyone, including complete beginners. Although each class is part of a short series, they are self-contained and accessible at any time. You can drop in at any stage of the series; it is not necessary to have attended the earlier classes.

Fee for all below: RM10 per class.


Mondays 8.00 – 9.30pm

Meditations for Inner Peace with Kelsang Tsenle

Easy meditations for beginners. Teachings and meditations from the stages of the path – indispensable advice for our daily life’s happiness. Secrets of Happiness with Gen Yangdak

In this busy world, our experiences of happiness are fleeting and short-lived, while inner peace eludes us completely. Our negative states of mind such as uncontrolled desire and anger, create endless problems for ourselves and others and prevent us from fulfilling our deepest wishes. Fridays 8.00 – 9.30pm

Let’s Meditate Together with Lai Chee Kin

You will be guided through simple and powerful meditations using the Living Meditation series of CDs, learning how to meditate and integrate this positive experience into your daily life.
