Meditation is a way of calming the mind, reducing stress and developing a more positive approach to life.
Applying meditation in our everyday life will enable us to discover the inner peace and happiness that naturally arises when our mind becomes still. In this way it helps us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life, brings harmony in your relationships and gives us a sense of purpose in life.
In these monthly free workshops, we can learn how to begin meditation with simple breathing meditation and how to progress with techniques that lead to the experience of inner peace and joy. Each class is self-contained so you can come to any class.
