Meditation is a way of calming the mind, reducing stress and developing a more positive approach to life.
Applying meditation in our everyday life will enable us to discover the inner peace and sense of well-being that naturally arises when our mind becomes still. In this way it helps us to cope with the busyness and difficulties of daily life and brings harmony to our relationships.
In these free monthly workshops, we begin with simple breathing meditation. This alone can lead us to the experience of inner peace and well-being. Each class is self-contained.

There is no charge, but donations are welcome.
Dress code - casual. You may sit on the mat or on a chair.
