With regular practice, these meditations help to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others.

Each week, you’ll be gently guided through a meditation that nurtures love and compassion:
- Week 1: Cherishing Others– 5 June
Learn to open your heart by recognizing the kindness of others, cultivating a sincere wish to cherish all living beings. - Week 2: Taking Away Suffering– 12 June
Develop deep compassion by visualizing taking away the pain and problems of others. - Week 3: Giving Happiness– 19 June
Strengthen your love by imagining giving happiness to all living beings.
Each session includes a guided meditation, practical insights, and time for reflection, helping you integrate these practices into your daily life.
