About the Teacher:

Kadampa Buddhist Teacher Janice has been studying and practicing under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and his senior disciples for over 20 years. With more than a decade of teaching experience, her light-hearted and practical approach to meditation makes Buddha’s teachings easily applicable and highly relevant to modern life.
